Hi, great site!Regarding the lump in your tyre yes that has happened to me. I've asked anourd and hadn't found anyone else with the same experience though. I was riding a very bumpy stage in the tour de timor last year and hit several square edge bumps hard during the day. I was washing the bike down a few hours after the end of the stage and found a bump so big that my rear tyre wouldn't rotate through the frame. The air was trapped between the outer and inner casing on the tyre and it stayed there even after the tyre was deflated and off the wheel. I put it down to a very hard hit and possibly exacerbated by the heat at the time.. it was about 35C during the stage. The lump reminded me of the type of lump you would get on a basketball when you were a kid, if someone had decided to use it as a footy and give it a few kicks!My tyre was a kenda small block 8 UST. pretty good condition. I had some stans sealant in the tyre too.Interested to know if many others have also had this happen and the circumstances that caused it?Regards, Dylan
