Hate Crimes in Russia Up More than 60 Percent This Year

In Russia, since time immemorial, two national chracteristics have coexisted - the open positive "great Russian soul" and the inferiority complex hidden in the depths of the Russian psyche. In my view, the hate crimes are a manifestation of this inferiority complex. There are others, such as constant demand for respect in all types of situations - sometimes difficult to understand situations.

Russians who are 'less' Russian The catch-22 is that the best & the brightest come from the most oppressed, who have to work the hardest for the least opportunities e.g. Stalin. the ruscists are attacking the people who could take their country to the next level. And once they've built their mire - they wallow in self pity. it seems they don't understand history. And when you don't learn the lessons - youre the one that suffers most in the long run.
